Daniel's Zesty Lomo Saltado
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Fries and rice for serving
Steps
