Grace's Speedy Peri-Peri Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 1/2 cup peri-peri sauce (store-bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, halved
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Score chicken pieces. Marinate chicken in peri-peri sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- During the last few minutes, grill lemon halves cut-side down until charred.
- Serve hot with grilled lemon and extra peri-peri sauce if desired.
