Quick Falafel & Hummus Wrap
Ingredients
- 4-6 pre-made falafel balls, heated
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas or pita breads
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Tahini sauce (optional)
Steps
- Warm tortillas or pita breads lightly.
- Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla/pita.
- Arrange heated falafel, cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce down the center.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce if desired. Roll up tightly and serve.
