Classic Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled or block
- Olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano
Steps
- Combine chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl.
- Add Kalamata olives and feta cheese.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
