Refreshing Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sugar if needed. If too thick, add a little more milk.
  4. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom powder if desired.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
