After a morning workout or when I feel like I need a health boost, a big green smoothie makes me feel so invigorated. It’s a delicious way to pack in nutrients!
Morning Green Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: 1/2 apple
Steps
- Combine spinach, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds in a blender.
- If using, add the apple.
- Blend until completely smooth, adding a splash more almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
