Simple Tofu & Wakame Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • Dashi broth
  • Miso paste
  • Tofu
  • Wakame seaweed
  • Green onions

Steps

  1. Prepare dashi broth (or use instant dashi powder).
  2. Soak wakame in water until rehydrated, then drain.
  3. Add diced tofu and wakame to simmering dashi, cook for a few minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, then dissolve miso paste in a ladle of broth before stirring into the pot.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.
