I’m feeling a bit daring today, wanting to try something with a real kick! Nothing satisfies that craving quite like a bubbling pot of spicy kimchi stew. It’s bold, flavorful, and just what I need to spice things up.

Fiery Kimchi Jjigae

Ingredients

  • Kimchi
  • Pork belly or tofu
  • Tofu
  • Gochujang (chili paste)
  • Garlic
  • Green onions

Steps

  1. Sauté kimchi and pork belly/tofu in a pot.
  2. Add water or broth, gochujang, and minced garlic; bring to a boil.
  3. Add sliced tofu and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  5. Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
