Simple Homemade Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

  • Sushi rice
  • Nori sheets
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Smoked salmon
  • Soy sauce

Steps

  1. Cook sushi rice and season with rice vinegar.
  2. Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread rice evenly.
  3. Arrange thin strips of cucumber, avocado, and salmon on the rice.
  4. Roll tightly using the mat, moistening the edge to seal.
  5. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce.
