After a super hectic week at work, I just crave something that’s going to wake up my senses and make me forget my worries. A big plate of spicy Pad Thai always does the trick for me. The heat is so therapeutic!
Quick & Spicy Pad Thai
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- Shrimp or chicken
- Bean sprouts
- Peanuts
- Pad Thai sauce
- Egg
Steps
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Stir-fry shrimp/chicken until cooked.
- Add noodles, bean sprouts, and Pad Thai sauce to wok.
- Push ingredients to one side, scramble egg on other, then mix all together.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts before serving.
