Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread (sourdough or white)
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Steps
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Top with cheese slices, then the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
