When I’m in a playful mood, I love making a colorful rainbow fruit salad. It’s so bright and fresh, it feels like I’m eating sunshine and happiness!
Vibrant Rainbow Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, peeled
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Steps
- 1. Wash and prepare all fruits according to the ingredient list.
- 2. In a large bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.
- 3. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and, if desired, a touch of honey.
- 4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill for later.
