Perfect Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- Slices of bread (sourdough or white)
- Cheddar cheese slices
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
Steps
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese slices between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan, butter-side down.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
