- Rice paper wrappers
- Cooked shrimp
- Vermicelli noodles
- Lettuce
- Mint leaves
- Cucumber
- Peanut dipping sauce
Steps
- Cook vermicelli noodles according to package directions, then rinse with cold water.
- Prepare shrimp, lettuce, mint, and julienned cucumber.
- Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Lay flat, then arrange shrimp, noodles, lettuce, mint, and cucumber on it.
- Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Serve immediately with peanut sauce.
