Fresh Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled or cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste
Steps
- Combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives in a large bowl.
- Add feta cheese to the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
