Simple Pork & Cabbage Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup finely chopped napa cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 package round dumpling wrappers
  • Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil)

Steps

  1. Combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half and crimp the edges to seal, creating pleats. Repeat for all dumplings.
  4. Steam dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper for 8-10 minutes, or until pork is cooked through. Serve with dipping sauce.
