Simple Salmon Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Place cooked sushi rice in a bowl as the base.
  2. Arrange slices of smoked salmon, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce to taste.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately for a quick, healthy meal.
