Aromatic Lamb Tagine
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb shoulder, cubed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 2 tbsp tagine spice blend
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Couscous for serving
