Creamy Swiss Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Steps
- In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually whisk in milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot and steamy (do not boil).
