Today, I’m channeling my inner baker and getting creative with a new sourdough recipe. There’s something so satisfying about turning simple ingredients into a beautiful loaf!
No-Knead Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 350g bread flour
- 250g warm water
- 7g salt
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix starter, flour, water, and salt until just combined. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Fold the dough a few times, then shape into a ball. Place in a floured proofing basket (banneton) and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 230C (450F) with a Dutch oven inside. Carefully place dough into the hot Dutch oven, score the top, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until crusty and golden.
