Quick Shoyu Ramen
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 servings ramen noodles
- Cooked chicken or pork, sliced
- Soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions
Steps
- Combine broth, soy sauce, and mirin in a pot; bring to a simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Divide noodles into bowls, then ladle hot broth over them.
- Top with sliced chicken/pork, soft-boiled egg, and green onions.
