Soothing Fresh Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 (3-inch) piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced or grated
  • 1-2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Steps

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sliced or grated ginger to the boiling water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups.
  4. Stir in honey to taste and serve with a lemon wedge. Enjoy the soothing warmth!
