Soothing Fresh Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 (3-inch) piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced or grated
- 1-2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Steps
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the sliced or grated ginger to the boiling water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups.
- Stir in honey to taste and serve with a lemon wedge. Enjoy the soothing warmth!
