Quick Green Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Steps
- Combine spinach, banana, frozen pineapple, ginger, coconut water, and chia seeds in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, adding more coconut water if needed for desired consistency.
