Quick Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Steps

  1. Combine spinach, banana, frozen pineapple, ginger, coconut water, and chia seeds in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, adding more coconut water if needed for desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for a refreshing boost.
