  • Rice noodles

  • Lime

Steps

  1. Heat beef broth with a star anise and a slice of ginger for added flavor (optional), then keep hot.
  2. Cook rice noodles according to package directions, drain, and divide among bowls.
  3. Arrange thinly sliced raw beef over the noodles. Add bean sprouts and fresh basil leaves.
  4. Pour the hot broth over the ingredients to cook the beef instantly. Serve with a lime wedge.
