Energizing Bibimbap Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked short-grain rice
- 1/2 lb ground beef or tofu
- Assorted sautéed vegetables (spinach, carrots, zucchini)
- 1 egg (fried or raw yolk)
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- Sesame oil
Steps
- Cook rice. Sauté ground beef/tofu and season. Sauté each vegetable separately until tender-crisp.
- Assemble bowl: Place rice at the bottom. Arrange cooked beef/tofu and vegetables decoratively on top.
- Add a fried egg or raw egg yolk in the center. Drizzle with sesame oil and a dollop of gochujang. Mix thoroughly before eating.
