Simple Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Cooked rice and naan for serving
Steps
- Marinate chicken cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and garam masala for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan with a little oil. Cook chicken until browned. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through gently (do not boil). Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot with cooked basmati rice and warm naan bread.
