Simplified Tacos al Pastor
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup al pastor marinade (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion
- Corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Steps
- Marinate pork slices in al pastor marinade for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm corn tortillas. Assemble tacos with cooked pork, diced pineapple, and chopped white onion.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
