Tropical Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup green grapes, halved
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine diced pineapple, mango, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and halved green grapes.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit.
- Gently toss everything together to combine.
- If using, sprinkle chopped fresh mint over the salad. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
