Italians celebrate with food, and when I have something to cheer for, a homemade tiramisu is my go-to. It feels so luxurious and special.

Easy No-Bake Tiramisu

30 minutes + 4 hours chilling • Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (7 ounce) package ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Steps

  1. Combine cooled coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in an 8x8 inch dish. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream. Dust generously with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
