Ingredients

  • Almond flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Egg whites
  • Granulated sugar
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Jam or buttercream for filling

Steps

  1. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  2. Whisk egg whites with granulated sugar to stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold dry ingredients into meringue, add food coloring.
  4. Pipe small circles onto parchment paper, let sit, then bake.
