Power Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana
  • Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Protein powder (optional)
  • Spinach (optional)
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Combine banana, milk, protein powder, and spinach in a blender.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
