Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Toppings: granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds

Steps

  1. Combine frozen berries, frozen banana, almond milk, and protein powder (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and thick, adding a tiny bit more almond milk if needed.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Arrange your favorite toppings like granola, fresh fruit, and chia seeds on top. Serve immediately.
