Simple Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine chopped mango, yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add a pinch of cardamom powder and blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
