Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Steps
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir until just combined (lumps are okay).
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- Cook 2-3 min per side until golden brown. Serve with syrup and fruit.
