Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 block ramen noodles
  • Soft-boiled egg, sliced green onion, seaweed for topping

Steps

  1. Bring broth to a simmer.
  2. Whisk miso paste and soy sauce into the broth.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  4. Divide noodles among bowls, pour hot broth over.
  5. Top with soft-boiled egg, green onion, and seaweed.
