Crispy Oven-Baked Fish and Chips
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 lb cod fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Oil for frying (for chips)
