Vibrant Berry Blast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Handful of spinach (optional)
