Vibrant Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Handful of spinach (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender: frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and sweetener if using.
  2. For an extra boost, add a handful of fresh spinach. It blends in seamlessly!
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately as a refreshing and energizing drink.
