Crispy Oven-Baked Fries
Ingredients
- 2 large Russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel potatoes and cut them into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using), ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Do not overcrowd.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
