Refreshing Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • Ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
  • Plain yogurt
  • Milk
  • Sugar or honey
  • Cardamom powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Peel and dice mango, if using fresh.
  2. Combine mango, yogurt, milk, and sugar/honey in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavor, if desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
