Creamy Arroz con Leche

  • Lemon peel
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Simmer rice with a little water until absorbed, then add milk, sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon sticks.
  2. Cook slowly over low heat, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy.
  3. Remove lemon peel and cinnamon sticks, stir in vanilla extract, and serve warm or cold with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
