Creamy Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Plain yogurt
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Garam masala
  • Canned tomato puree
  • Heavy cream
  • Basmati rice
  • Naan bread

Steps

  1. Marinate chicken cubes in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and a pinch of garam masala for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan until browned. Add tomato puree and remaining garam masala, simmering for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve hot with basmati rice and warm naan bread.
