Simple Miso Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups dashi broth
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 4 oz firm tofu, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
Steps

- Remove a small amount of dashi, whisk in miso paste until dissolved, then return to pot.
- Add diced tofu and heat through for a few minutes. Do not boil once miso is added.
